Clients often have complemented me on my marketing and negotiation expertise. Prior to my real estate career, I worked for six years as a research economist at Battelle Institute in Columbus, Ohio. Based upon work completed at Battelle, I authored an article titled "Electronic Retailing Trends and Implications" which was published in the Urban Land Institute's Development Review and Outlook. For two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Sabah, East Malaysia, I served as tuberculosis technician, disease epidemiologist and program coordinator.
