The Process:

First, we customize a strategic development plan that best
serves your company's real estate needs.
Once those needs have been identified, E.J. Schottenstein
Real Estate utilizes its resources and experience to execute
and identify appropriate opportunities specifically geared
for each client's needs.
In addition, all internal and external work required for
research, site selection and land titlement may be overseen
by E.J. Schottenstein Real Estate.
Once approval has been secured by the client
and the community, the property may be purchased or the
lease-term commenced. Should the property owner decide to
sell his/her property, E.J. Schottenstein Real Estate may
assist in facilitating a sale-leaseback or like-kind exchange
(1031).
As an added convenience, E.J. Schottenstein Real Estate
may also provide additional time-saving services, such as
assisting in the development of a site or with the bidding
process.
